Tindi Battle ⚓
battle.tindibay.com →A computer wargame in the fog of war: a 64×64 hex sea, nineteen ships a side, mines that cost nothing and forgive nothing, and an island with a fortress gun in the middle.
Combat is one honest d6 — no hit rolls, no penetration tables. The AI doesn’t cheat either: it plans a whole campaign from a table of sixty doctrines, picks an attack corridor, and respects the same fog of war you do.
The entire game is a single index.html — canvas and vanilla JavaScript, zero dependencies. A small Python server adds online rooms and tournaments: cup, Swiss and league, with player codes and chess clocks.

CURRENT VERSION
v2.8 · 2026-08-17- Board rotated 30° — flat-top hexes, ships finally sail straight at the enemy
- Voyage simulation: ships accelerate, cruise at class speed and sail curved courses — destroyers visibly outrun battleships
- Parallel orders: give the next command while the fleet is still under way
- Heading inertia: the last leg of your course sets the cone of the next one
- Weapon balance: depth charges hit for 15 at 50%, battleship broadside crushes up close, destroyers lose their torpedoes
